At N Human Resources & Management Systems, we are dedicated to providing professional services in human resources management. Our team is focused on delivering high-quality solutions to ensure compliance and smooth project executions. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to manage the various functions of human resources, excluding recruitment and payroll, to ensure a productive and motivated workforce.
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing human resource functions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and be able to foster a positive work culture. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and facilitating communication between staff and management.
- Develop and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Mediate and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring a harmonious workplace.
- Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems, including conducting periodic reviews and feedback sessions with employees.
- Work closely with department heads to identify high-performing employees and facilitate career development opportunities.
- Review, update, and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company regulations and labor laws.
- Communicate HR policies effectively to all staff members and ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes.
- Identify training needs and create learning and development programs for the continuous improvement of the staff.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and other learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, including team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition programs to maintain morale and productivity.
- Manage welfare activities and ensure a supportive work environment for all employees.
- Oversee the attendance and leave management system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Address attendance concerns and develop corrective action plans where needed.
- Ensure all employee practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements, such as labor laws, health and safety, and employment equity.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in line with statutory requirements.
- Lead disciplinary procedures and take corrective actions when necessary, ensuring all actions are fair and within legal and company guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience (excluding recruitment and payroll responsibilities).
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
