Job Title: Strategic Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

Offineeds is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to manage and grow our key business accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive retention and growth.
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue goals.
* Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions from the company's offerings.
* Regularly communicate with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
* Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and management.
* Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

* 5 to 8 years of experience in sales with a proven track record in B2B sales.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage with HR, Admin, and decision-makers.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
* Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize sales strategies.
