RequirementsQualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in a career in Human Resources.
- Familiarity with HR functions and principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR processes, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance while contributing to the daily operations of the HR team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing Support:
- Assist in job postings on various platforms (LinkedIn, company website, job boards).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain interview schedules.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including collecting documentation and preparing welcome kits.
2. Employee Records & Data Management:
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
- Help organize employee files, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in generating HR reports and metrics.
3. HR Operations:
- Provide support in day-to-day HR operations, including benefits administration, payroll queries, and time-off management.
- Assist in organizing employee training sessions and development programs.
- Help with coordination of employee engagement activities and events.
4. Compliance & Policy Adherence:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and industry regulations.
- Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures.
5. Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
- Support in handling basic employee issues and help escalate more complex issues as needed.
6. Special Projects:
- Participate in HR-related projects, such as diversity initiatives, employee wellness programs, or HRIS implementations.
