
Business Development and Revenue Generation Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead our business development and revenue generation efforts in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maximizing revenue and expanding business opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing and executing strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets
- Developing and mentoring a high-performing team of IT hiring experts
- Leading end-to-end mid and senior-level recruitment processes, driving results-oriented solutions
- Managing key client relationships and delivery teams, ensuring seamless collaboration
- Sourcing top candidates using job postings and other platforms, leveraging industry networks
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in new client development in IT/SAP recruitment and contract staffing
- 2+ years of experience in leading IT staffing or contract staffing practices, with a focus on sales-driven growth
- Experience as a regional/business head (IT staffing) is highly preferred, with a strong sales background and proven track record of success
- A robust understanding of sales principles, with excellent communication and leadership skills
