Revenue Operations Expert

We are looking for a seasoned professional to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and operational excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing processes that enhance our revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of our revenue strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to align on key metrics and data definitions.
  • Design and implement scalable processes and systems to drive efficiency and visibility across the revenue cycle.
  • Partner with functional heads to identify gaps in our current operations and develop solutions to address these gaps.
  • Oversee the implementation and governance of CRM best practices and data hygiene, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Professional Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS revenue models and funnel dynamics.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving process improvements.
  • Deep expertise with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
  • Strong knowledge of lead-to-cash processes and funnel metrics.
  • Exposure to reporting/BI tools such as Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable processes and systems.
