We are looking for a Regional Sales Head to drive growth in North India's enterprise, public sector, and startup ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage sales teams in Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Jaipur, and Lucknow.
- Oversee operations in Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Dehradun, and Agra.
- Align state teams with group-wide targets and strategies.
The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of experience in IT/SaaS/consulting sales with at least 3 years in regional leadership. They should have strong knowledge of Delhi NCR, UP, Punjab, Haryana, and government contracting.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or IT; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 6–10 years in IT/SaaS/consulting sales with at least 3 years in regional leadership.
- Exposure: Strong knowledge of Delhi NCR, UP, Punjab, Haryana, and government contracting.
This role requires delivering revenue growth across IT, SaaS, ERP, AI, and platform offerings, building a sustainable pipeline in government, healthcare, education, and enterprise sectors, and ensuring quarterly targets are consistently met and exceeded.
