Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Director of Business Development. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, developing business plans, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and managing accounts. This role involves identifying potential clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • New Business Development, Lead Generation skills
  • Experience in Business Planning and developing strategic initiatives
  • Skills in Contract Negotiation and closing deals
  • Account Management and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the sports industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
