Job Title

Serve as the key liaison between guests and hotel operations to ensure seamless and exceptional experiences.

About the Role

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of guest services, ensuring that every interaction meets our high standards. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a deep understanding of hospitality best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Guest Services: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Supervise Front Desk Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the front desk team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of experience in guest services, front desk, or a related field preferred.
  • Certifications/Awards: Certified in Hospitality (CH) or similar certification highly valued.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in hotel management software.
