Job Description:

As a Guest Relations Trainee, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience at our property. You will learn how to engage with guests in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, practice active listening and empathy when addressing guest needs and concerns, and provide excellent service by anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Orientation: Participate in a structured training program that includes orientation to our policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Guest Interaction: Learn how to engage with guests in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Practice Active Listening: Practice active listening and empathy when addressing guest needs and concerns.
  • Front Desk Support: Assist with front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and registration.
  • Familiarize Yourself with Property Systems: Familiarize yourself with our reservation system and other property systems.
  • Guest Services: Learn how to handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, and assist with providing appropriate solutions and services.
  • Room Inspections: Participate in room inspections to ensure they meet quality and cleanliness standards.
  • Report Issues: Report any issues to relevant departments for resolution.
  • Provide Guest Information: Provide guests with information about our property's amenities, services, local attractions, and dining options.
  • Problem Resolution: Work under the guidance of senior staff to resolve guest issues or concerns, striving to exceed guest expectations.
