Role Description

We're hiring
Guest Experience Associates
for India's largest indoor mini golf in Kolkata.

Your role? Be on the playing area, guide customers, help them with the game, and make sure they leave with a smile.

If you're energetic, friendly, and love working with people (especially kids and families), we want you on our team The role involves providing top-notch customer service to ensure all guests have a memorable and enjoyable visit.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Positive, energetic personality with strong people skills.
  • Strong Customer Service and Guest Experience skills
  • Ability to handle children and families with patience and enthusiasm.
  • Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus
  • Comfortable working on weekends, holidays and evenings.
  • Basic knowledge of golf/mini golf is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and guide customers in the mini golf area.
  • Demonstrate how to play and explain rules in a fun, engaging way.
  • Monitor the playing area, regulate the crowd, ensuring safety and fair play.
  • Assist guests if they face any issues with equipment or gameplay.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure props/equipment are in good condition.
