Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Growth Manager to join our team at Kalliyath Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the assigned district. This is a mid-level position requiring 4-6 years of experience.
About You
- Proven experience as a District Sales Manager or similar role in the building materials industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure high performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing outstanding customer service
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and materials
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to drive continuous improvement
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
What We Offer
Competitive salary package including a base salary of $60,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonuses and benefits.
