SCF Business Development Manager

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking an experienced SCF Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for generating and maintaining Supply Chain Finance programs from new and existing corporate clients to finance their dealer/vendor ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow SCF assets under management (AUM) in the respective region.
- Work closely with corporate relationship managers (RMs) to structure SCF proposals/term sheets and enable sanction of SCF programs in the bank.
- Collaborate with support functions (credit, operations, legal, compliance, IT) to implement sanctioned SCF programs and onboard dealers/vendors in the respective region.
- Manage the profit and loss (P&L) of dealers/vendors portfolio in the respective region to ensure SCF AUM growth while maintaining adequate controls from risk and compliance perspectives.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of competitors' products and market landscape on SCF business and continuously innovate/customize SCF solutions for anchor customers.
- Guide corporate RMs teams on SCF opportunities and solutions to drive growth in SCF business.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain finance or a related field. You should also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
The salary range for this position is ₹25,00,000 - ₹50,00,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
