Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled business development executive to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, driving revenue, and bringing new opportunities for our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and research potential clients and market segments.

● Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online channels.

● Build and maintain strong client relationships.

● Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

● Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.

● Develop partnerships with academic institutions for promoting internship programs, academic projects, and industrial training.

● Coordinate with training and placement officers (TPOs) to organize campus drives, webinars, and career-oriented workshops.

● Promote and pitch academic offerings such as internship programs, academic collaborations, and faculty development initiatives.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.

● Basic understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM tools.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

● Prior experience in business development or sales is an advantage.

● Proficiency in MS Office and online business tools.

● Knowledge of the market is a plus.

● Experience or familiarity with academic outreach, internship coordination, or institutional partnerships is a strong advantage.

● Ability to communicate value propositions effectively to both corporate stakeholders and academic audiences.
