
Front Desk Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all work requests received through various channels related to client services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with on-site team members to dispatch and collect work orders established after receiving a request through mail, phone, or paper.
- Collect closed work orders to close calls.
- Produce reports based on data collected from work orders for clients and the organization.
- Receive and respond to incoming calls, mails, or papers reporting complaints or work requests.
- Log calls through software, generating work orders.
- Set up reports with collected data from work orders for transparency and information purposes.
- Maintain the helpdesk area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition following prescribed regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all facility data and information.
- Present a professional appearance at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in any field.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to deal with diverse types of people.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
