Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk and accounting tasks, ensuring seamless guest service and accurate financial transactions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner overnight is essential.
  • Handling reservations and arranging for amenities like wake-up calls, taxis, and shuttle services are crucial.
  • Providing excellent service to VIPs and VVIPs requires appropriate follow-up as necessary.
  • Posting room charges and taxes to guest accounts and processing invoices are key duties.
  • Balancing cash drawers, processing credit card transactions, and verifying receipts ensure accuracy.
  • Tracking key financial metrics such as room occupancy rates and revenues provides valuable insights.
  • Preparing end-of-day reports and summary cash balances for hotel management helps inform decision-making.
  • Verifying the completion of end-of-day tasks by previous shifts ensures continuity.
  • Communicating with other departments like housekeeping and maintenance to ensure service delivery is vital.
  • Auditing and reconciling the hotel's daily financial accounts, including revenue, charges, and payments are critical responsibilities.
  • Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner is paramount.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of front desk experience at managerial level are required.
  • Basic math and accounting skills are fundamental.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PMS, and IDS software is essential.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are vital.
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills are necessary.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
