Job Title Receptionist cum Admin Location Manisundaram Medical Mission Hospital 288 Phase - 1 Near More Supermarket South Avenue Road Vallalar Vellore Tamil Nadu 632009 Position Type Full-time Job Summary MMM Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Receptionist cum Admin to join our team The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hindi English and Tamil and have a strong background in computer skills and prior experience in a hotel service receptionist role The candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations and providing administrative support to ensure efficient hospital operations Key Responsibilities 1 Front Desk Operations - Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor - Manage the hospital s main telephone line directing calls and taking messages accurately - Provide information and assistance to patients visitors and staff 2 Administrative Support - Handle patient registrations and admissions - Manage patient records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date - Coordinate with various departments to schedule appointments and meetings - Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary 3 Communication - Communicate effectively in Hindi English and Tamil to assist patients and staff - Handle inquiries and complaints from patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner 4 Computer Skills - Proficient in using MS Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and hospital management software - Maintain and update electronic patient records and databases - Generate reports and manage data entry tasks efficiently 5 Customer Service - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service - Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally Qualifications - Education Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field is preferred - Experience At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist preferably in a hospital or hotel setting - Language Proficiency Fluent in Hindi English and Tamil - Technical Skills Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office Suite and hospital management software - Customer Service Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach Key Competencies - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with calmness and professionalism - Positive attitude and a team player Work Environment - The role involves working in a fast-paced hospital environment - The candidate must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Morning shift Application Question s How many years of experience do you have as a receptionist Experience total work 2 years Required Language Tamil Preferred English Preferred Hindi Required Work Location In person
