Lead Process Consultant

The opportunity to spearhead transformative projects in process consulting is now available.

This role requires a dynamic Chartered Accountant who can take on a pivotal leadership position within our Process Consulting vertical.

Your primary mission is to empower senior leadership to focus on strategic solutioning by flawlessly managing project delivery, leading a sizable team, and acting as the trusted point of contact for diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of over 15 professionals, including articles and semi-qualified staff, from inception.
  • Take full ownership of the project management lifecycle, including engagement planning, resource allocation, budget tracking, and status reporting.
  • Build and scale your own team in the future by participating in and leading hiring initiatives.
  • Act as the primary, front-facing contact for key clients, building trust and maintaining strong relationships through the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Professional Certification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Mandatory Articleship Experience: Demonstrable experience in Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, or a dedicated Process Consulting/Risk Advisory role is essential.
