We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our Know Your Customer (KYC) operations team.
Job OverviewThe Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing a robust internal KYC program for our organization. This involves overseeing Business-As-Usual (BAU) and client refresh processes while identifying opportunities for global process migration and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage KYC operations in alignment with compliance frameworks, policies and internal control standards.
- Oversee client onboarding processes and implement enhancements to improve the client experience.
- Collaborate with Compliance and senior business leaders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and business objectives.
- Supervise daily account refresh activities to ensure documentation and regulatory standards are met.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on onboarding and refresh cases to ensure compliance and accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
