Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and drive strategic planning. This role will ensure efficient workflows, monitor performance, and optimize resources.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Manage daily operations across departments, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively manage and allocate resources to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve operational challenges in a timely manner.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal English communication skills.
