Job Title: Risk Policy Leadership Role

This leadership role will require the incumbent to lead the ABF division of the Risk Policy function, overseeing the formulation and refinement of risk policies and frameworks tailored to commercial vehicle, construction equipment and used car loans.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the oversight of the credit risk assessment process, including credit underwriting standards, associated processes and operational & fraud risk controls, scoring models and risk-based pricing strategies.

A key aspect of this role is to implement monitoring mechanisms to track portfolio performance, identify emerging country as well as state level risks and support portfolio stress testing to assess potential impacts on asset quality and capital adequacy.

In addition, the incumbent will contribute to defining and communicating the company's risk appetite and tolerance levels, assisting in establishing clear risk limits and escalation protocols to manage risk exposures within acceptable thresholds.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Business, Credit, Collections, Operations, Legal and Compliance, to support consensus on risk-related decisions and initiatives.

Key performance metrics include developing key risk indicators (KRIs) and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of risk management strategies, contributing to the production of timely and insightful risk reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-10 years experience in Risk Policy or related products
  • CA/MBA/PGDM in Finance qualification required

Experience Required: Minimum years in BFSI
