Senior Account Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Account Manager Team Lead to oversee the growth of our programmatic advertising business.

This key role will lead a high-performing team of account managers, drive expertise in CTV and In-App advertising, and foster strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with technical knowledge of programmatic ecosystems and exceptional communication skills.

A degree in a related field and 6+ years of experience in account management within programmatic advertising are required.

  • Drive strategic planning and campaign delivery to meet client goals.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance client performance.
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree (preferably in engineering, marketing, or a related field).

At least 6 years of experience in account management within programmatic advertising, with a focus on CTV and In-App campaigns.

Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a proven track record of driving team growth and success.

Technical expertise in programmatic platforms, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and attribution tools.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with a strategic mindset.

Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems, particularly Excel; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.

Able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.

Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
