Marketing Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to promote and increase occupancy of our godown/warehouse rental spaces.

  • Promote godown/warehouse rental services through integrated online and offline marketing strategies, focusing on identifying potential clients and generating qualified leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, brokers, agents, and channel partners to expand our client base.
  • Coordinate site visits and client presentations with the operations team, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Manage listings on property portals and create effective digital marketing campaigns to boost visibility and reach new customers.
  • Represent our company at trade shows, networking events, and industry meetups to generate new leads and establish ourselves as a market leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve leasing targets and increase occupancy rates.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and partners.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial leasing, or real estate.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, with a focus on social media, Google Ads, and SEO.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven, with a passion for achieving results.
  • Fluency in English and local language preferred.
