Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst Lease Accounting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and guidance on lease accounting matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations on lease accounting matters
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and ASC 842
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and spreadsheets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate accounting and reporting of lease transactions
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 3-4 years of public accounting or large multinational company accounting experience
  • Proficient understanding of U.S. GAAP-based financial accounting and ASC 842 Lease Accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
