Job Title: Lease Administration Specialist

About the Role:
Genpact is seeking a highly skilled Lease Administration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lease contracts and their interpretations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee lease administration, manage key lease dates, and communicate all lease obligations internally* Manage correspondence with landlords and coordinate with legal, finance, and real estate teams to manage existing portfolio needs* Review lease extensions, renewal options, and rent reductions, and amend agreements for additional tenant allowance* Prepare monthly journal entries, identify balancing items, and ensure internal and external audit compliance* Maintain knowledge of SOX compliance and adherence to internal control

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field* Strong analytical skills and good written and verbal communication skills* Proficient in MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros* Good working knowledge of lease contracts and accounting functions* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
