We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Corporate & Residential Lease Coordinators / Administrators to manage end-to-end leasing processes for our U.S. operations. The role involves coordinating lease documentation, maintaining property records, liaising with tenants and landlords, and ensuring compliance with U.S. leasing regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage lease agreements for both corporate and residential properties in the U.S.
- Maintain accurate records in lease management systems.
- Coordinate with property managers, landlords, tenants, and internal teams to ensure smooth lease operations.
- Track lease renewals, expirations, and terminations, sending timely reminders and updates.
- Handle lease-related correspondence and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. leasing laws, company policies, and contract requirements.
- Generate reports and maintain databases for management review.
