Fundraising Lead

The successful candidate will lead the implementation of a comprehensive fundraising strategy to ensure alignment with organizational growth goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning annual fundraising targets, setting operational KPIs, and ensuring timely, transparent reporting on progress and impact.
  • Driving the full donor lifecycle, from prospecting and proposal development to grant reporting and relationship management.
  • Acting as a key external face in funder interactions, partnering with senior leadership to steward high-value relationships with CSR leaders, philanthropists, and impact investors.

Strategic Partnership Development

The ideal candidate will identify, cultivate, and manage a robust pipeline of 50+ CSR leads, philanthropists, and ecosystem enablers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Mobilizing an extended network of donors, champions, and sector allies to unlock new opportunities and accelerate conversion.
  • Representing the organization at high-visibility sector forums, donor convenings, and collaborative platforms to expand reach and reputation.

Communications & Collateral Oversight

The successful candidate will oversee the development and quality of donor-facing communications, including pitch decks, proposals, reports, and campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring consistency and clarity across all fundraising narratives, aligning with the organization's brand, values, and impact messaging.
  • Leveraging storytelling, data, and design to create compelling content that speaks to diverse funder archetypes.

Team Leadership & Systems Building

The ideal candidate will build and mentor a high-performing fundraising team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing robust systems for donor CRM, grant compliance, reporting, proposal management, and audit preparedness.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely, tailored development of grant materials and donor communications.

Relationship Management

The successful candidate will shape high-touch, trust-based donor journeys that build long-term affinity and repeat investment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing differentiated engagement pathways for new, existing, and returning funders to deepen connection and commitment.

Cross-functional Collaboration

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Programs, Finance, and Impact teams to ensure fundraising aligns with evolving programmatic needs.
