We are seeking an experienced professional to drive business growth through innovative partnerships and strategic sales. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the staffing and recruitment ecosystem, with a proven track record of building scalable hiring partnerships from the ground up.
About the RoleThis is a hands-on, strategic individual contributor position that sits at the heart of our growth engine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Growing new business pipelines by identifying and engaging prospective clients with targeted outreach, cold calls, emails, and professional platforms.
- Leading opportunity generation efforts, including outbound and inbound lead generation.
- Consistently building and managing a pipeline of relevant, high-intent prospects.
- Representing us on the ground, attending HR/Tech events, networking forums, and industry meetups to champion our brand and build early-stage relationships with potential partners.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Required Skills and Qualifications7+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment sales, or RPO business development.
Proven experience in cold calling, email outreach, lead generation, and closing deals with CXO/HR stakeholders.
Deep understanding of how talent functions work - across both in-house and outsourced models.
Confident presenter, skilled negotiator, and relationship builder at heart.
Comfort with sales tools, CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach platforms.
Strong market sense - curious, commercially aware, and always looking for new opportunities.
