Job Title: Guest Services Coordinator
About the Role- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Route guests to the right employees within the organization.
- Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes.
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security for smooth operations.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
