This role involves working closely with Category Managers and Heads to co-own the responsibility for the growth, profit and loss (P&L), and customer experience of assigned categories.
">- Assist in building and executing category and brand strategies, including developing 1-year/3-year growth, efficiency, profitability, and customer experience plans, as well as weekly/monthly execution plans.
Key roles and responsibilities include:
- Fostering strong relationships with brands through business planning, performance reviews, marketing plan creation, and offer planning support.
- Understanding ecommerce funnels in terms of traffic, cart additions, conversions, and providing timely interventions.
- Working with marketing teams to develop innovative promotions and get support for marketing campaigns from brands.
- Keeping up-to-date with category, sub-category, and top-brand trends, both globally and locally, and demonstrating trend reports to stakeholders.
- Gathering actionable insights from customers through quantitative and qualitative feedback, such as NPS surveys, customer service calls, return reasons, and size chart recommendations.
