Responsibilities and Duties Curation of assortment Manage supplier relations with top FMCG manufacturers JBP TOTs Drive Topline and RGM for personal care category Drive other income NMR for personal care category Negotiate promotions every month with the suppliers Develop the strategy directs the development and implementation of company s product portfolio Works closely with SCM team for buying requirements Deliver the new product revenue goals set by the organization Strong leader with excellent management skills who is able to motivate and innovate on a daily basis Understands market trends and innovate the category portfolio according to consumer needs Ensure that the range changes include new product launches clearance activity overstocks and implementation of new range stock are executed with careful planning and liasison with stores marketing PR suppliers and distribution ensuring that any information is distributed in a timely manner
