Key Responsibilities:- Develop and formulate natural personal care products that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Research and implement innovative, eco-friendly ingredients and technologies to create unique products.
- Conduct stability testing, compatibility testing, and performance evaluations to ensure product efficacy and safety.
- Support product claims substantiation and regulatory documentation as needed.
- Pilot plant trials, troubleshoot formulation challenges, and optimize processes for manufacturing efficiency.
- Master's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical science, cosmetic science, or Ayurveda.
- Experience in personal care research and development, preferably with a background in formulating natural or Ayurvedic products.
- Good understanding of natural preservatives, stabilisers, emulsifiers, surfactants, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
