Senior AI Specialist

This senior role supports the creation and deployment of sophisticated artificial intelligence solutions.

The position focuses on implementing solutions that leverage Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Generative AI, and Large Language Models to deliver business value.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Execute ML deliverables aligned with organizational AI strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of custom ML models for batch and stream processing-based AI pipelines including data ingestion and NLP model development.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches.
  • Apply best practices in data privacy, security, and biases in AI systems.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Professional experience in AI/ML model development.
  • Demonstrated ability working with machine learning frameworks and programming languages like Python.
  • Demonstrated understanding of ethical considerations in AI systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with understanding of AI techniques.
