Chief AI Technologist

We are looking for a highly skilled Chief AI Technologist to lead our data science team.

  1. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantitative fields such as computer science, statistics, and mathematics.

  2. They should have good programming skills in Python with a strong working knowledge of popular numerical, data analysis, and AI frameworks.

  3. A solid understanding of large language models (LLMs), their evolution history, and training data creation is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists to carry out various activities such as connecting with internal/external stakeholders to understand business requirements, creating project plans, and optimizing data pipelines.

  • Carry out exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and define performance metrics prior to running relevant ML/DL algorithms.

  • Research existing solutions before building ML models, create optimized data models to query relevant data efficiently, run ML/DL algorithms for business goals, and optimize and validate these models to scale.

  • Create light applications, simulators, and scenario builders to help business consume end outputs, document project artifacts, measure impact of DS projects on business metrics, and fine-tune workflow based on feedbacks.
