Position Overview

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional initiatives for our enterprise AI products. The ideal candidate will bridge technical, operational, and business teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. You will oversee multiple product lines, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and drive programs from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end execution of strategic programs involving multiple products (e.g., Collatio Loan Ops Automation, Auriga Knowledge Intelligence, Concentio Connected Construction).
  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with product, engineering, and client teams.
  • Oversee integration efforts with client environments, including ERP, CRM, and legacy systems.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between Scry AI's product teams, clients, and strategic partners.
  • Facilitate regular status updates, executive briefings, and client steering committee meetings.
  • Manage expectations, dependencies, and escalations across projects.

Operational Excellence

  • Implement project governance, risk management, and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, data privacy regulations).
  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and optimizing delivery processes.

Technical & Product Alignment

  • Translate client needs into product requirements and collaborate with product managers for roadmap alignment.
  • Oversee proof-of-value engagements and ensure smooth transition to operational deployment.
  • Understand and communicate technical capabilities such as AI-based OCR, NLP, predictive analytics, and API integrations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience in program or project management within enterprise software, SaaS, AI/ML, or digital transformation domains.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, enterprise integrations, and document automation workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with complex interdependencies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification (preferred).
