Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our product engineering team. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for establishing a robust product engineering process and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of product engineers and provide guidance on architecture, design, and technical aspects of products.
  • Identify and deploy tools, frameworks, and processes to enhance product engineer productivity.
  • Own product development, testing, deployment, and maintenance within agreed timeframes.
  • Contribute to the selection and hiring of product engineering team members.
About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong technical expertise and exceptional collaboration skills. You will work closely with senior leaders, product managers, developers, quality analysts, and infrastructure specialists to drive product engineering excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 12-20 years of experience in product engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving product development.
  • Strong technical expertise in software development, architecture, and design.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
