About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our strategic partnerships with higher education institutions across India.

This is a critical position that demands exceptional relationship-building skills, a proven track record in institutional sales, and the ability to drive revenue through collaborative alliances.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with colleges and universities that align with our training and certification programs.
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with principals, directors, and heads of departments.
  • Design customized partnership models that maximize value for partner institutions, including curriculum integration, joint certification programs, and faculty development workshops.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements that ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of training programs at partner campuses.
  • Track performance using key metrics such as student enrollment, program completion rates, and placement outcomes.
  • Drive enrollments and revenue growth from partnered institutions through effective pipeline management.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in college/university partnership or institutional sales.
  • A strong network within the higher education sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A proven ability to manage high-value relationships and deliver business targets.
