Lead Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Education Specialist to lead our school towards excellence.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary leader who can provide strategic direction, ensure compliance, and foster a positive educational environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff supervision, curriculum development, student affairs, and community relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Administration:
    - Provide proactive leadership to drive academic performance, improve student outcomes, and enhance instructional practices.
    - Ensure effective resource allocation, scheduling, and staff management.
    - Maintain open communication with staff, students, parents, and the community.
  • Staff Supervision & Development:
    - Recruit, develop, and retain high-quality teaching and administrative staff members.
    - Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional growth opportunities.
  • Curriculum & Instruction:
    - Develop, implement, and evaluate academic programs and curriculum that meet state standards and promote student success.
  • Student Affairs & Discipline:
    - Foster a culture of respect, responsibility, and academic excellence among students and staff.
  • Parent & Community Relations:
    - Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, the school board, and the local community through regular communication and engagement.
