Project Coordinator Job

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15-20 years of experience working with reputable civil contractor firms or main contractors.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in high-rise building construction projects, with a strong understanding of Primavera and the ability to prepare baseline schedules, track progress, and monitor costs and resources.

In addition, they will be familiar with contracts, claims procedures, EOTs, time impact analysis, and have excellent reporting skills, including the preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, and lookahead schedules, as well as revenue tracking.

They will also have experience in recording risk registers, events, and notifications, and be able to interface effectively with clients and consultants, while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage project schedules, including baseline schedules, track progress, and monitor costs and resources
  • Manage contracts, claims procedures, EOTs, time impact analysis, and ensure compliance
  • Develop and maintain effective reporting systems, including daily, weekly, monthly, and lookahead schedules, revenue tracking
  • Record and manage risk registers, events, and notifications
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal/external stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15-20 years of experience in civil contractor firms or main contractors
  • Extensive experience in high-rise building construction projects
  • Familiarity with Primavera
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
