Job Summary:

A Senior Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the management, development and execution of large-scale construction projects. The role involves conducting site investigations, analyzing data, assessing potential risks and costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation and scheduling to ensure smooth project execution.
  3. Analyze data and assess potential risks to inform project decisions and mitigate adverse impacts.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials and processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
