Job Description:

As a Senior Construction Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of various construction projects. Your key focus areas will include ensuring timely completion, maintaining high-quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
  • Demonstrate expertise in creating and managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality control.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate project records, including reports, minutes, and correspondence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols, hazard identification, and risk assessment methodologies.
