Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to join our construction team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering, hands-on experience in managing construction sites, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards.
The Site Operations Manager is responsible for supervising and managing day-to-day construction activities at the site. This includes ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project requirements. The role also involves coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Develop and implement site management plans to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, consultants, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management.
- Familiarity with safety standards, quality control, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant construction software.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
A strong understanding of construction processes, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation is essential for this role. The ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure is also critical.
