Job Opportunity

This role necessitates an experienced and qualified construction manager to oversee all day-to-day construction-related projects onsite.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in architectural, civil engineering, MEP engineering, or a related discipline or field, or a mix of formal education and work experience of more than five years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all construction-related projects onsite and ensure that all budget, risk, schedule, design, safety, and quality management requirements are met.
  • Review RFP documentation from a constructability point of view and provide the work scope.
  • Hold weekly safety meetings and maintain monthly health and safety reports.
  • Ensure that the construction works meet client expectations.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Experienced and qualified construction manager with expertise in construction site management.
  • Completed safety training and acquired construction estimation skills.
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of development management including financial, appraisal, risk management, and negotiation.
  • Proficient in MS Project, MS Excel, and other scheduling software.
  • Excellent communication skills to secure business with both international and domestic clients.

The location for this role is On-site Mumbai, with Scheduled Weekly Hours of 48.
