Job Summary

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities at construction sites. This involves ensuring that work is completed efficiently, safely and according to specifications. The role includes implementing a safety program, reading drawings and structural plans to guide the team in executing work according to specifications.



Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of on-site activities, managing work crews and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Implementation and enforcement of Behavior-Based Safety practices to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Interpretation of construction drawings and structural plans to guide the team in executing work according to specifications.
  • Maintenance of accurate daily reports, safety inspections and other site documentation.
  • Reporting on project progress, issues and any corrective actions needed.
  • Supervision and motivation of the construction team, ensuring high-quality work and safety standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in site supervision and managing construction teams.
  • Knowledge of Behavior-Based Safety principles and safety audits.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and structural plans.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
