About Us

A Quantity Surveyor plays a crucial role in managing costs associated with construction projects. The position requires a strong understanding of systems and construction processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in relevant software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Estimation: Study project scope in-line with design requirements to provide accurate cost estimates.
  • Budget Management: Validate technical specifications received from the design team and optimize specifications without deviating from client requirements.
  • Contract Administration: Validate bill of quantities (BOQs) and backup workings, present BOQs and solutions to management for approval, and check revised appropriation (RA) bills and final bills.
  • Optimization: Propose different optimization options in budgets and explore new products and obtain approvals.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on cost analysis of projects as per management's requirements.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software and systems required for the position.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
