Senior Construction Project Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Center Manager to oversee the execution of large-scale data center construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data center infrastructure systems, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of data center construction, from design to commissioning, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, collaborating with engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
- Lead teams of construction managers, engineers, and site supervisors, driving continuous improvement in construction processes.
- Monitor project performance and implement mitigation strategies, preparing regular project status reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (Master's preferred).
- 15+ years of experience managing large-scale data center construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure systems and industry standards.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with project management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- PMP or similar project management certification.
- Experience with sustainable construction practices.
