Equity Sales Professional

This role is ideal for a dynamic and experienced individual who can effectively engage with prospective clients, provide expert advice on equity investments, and drive sales by converting leads into clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote and sell equity-related products and services. They will also educate clients on various investment opportunities in equity markets, including stocks, mutual funds, and other financial products.

To excel in this role, the candidate should have a deep understanding of the equity market, including trends, performance metrics, and financial products. They should be able to achieve assigned sales targets through effective lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in tele sales, specifically in equity sales.
  • Strong knowledge of equity markets, financial products, and investment strategies.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in Gujarati is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to close sales and meet targets.
  • Experience in handling client objections and providing suitable solutions.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
