Deal Originator & Fundraising Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Deal Originator and Fundraising Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for originating and structuring deals, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality services.

Your primary focus will be on creating deal documents, such as pitch decks, financial models, business plans, and teasers, for clients across various sectors and geographies. You will also advise clients on structuring their funding rounds, considering market conditions and suitable investor needs.

As a key member of our team, you will ensure the delivery of quality services to clients, manage multiple deals simultaneously, and adhere to strict deadlines. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in achieving our goals.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of prior Investment Banking or Investment Analyst experience preferred
  • CFA Level 1 or 2 passed candidates preferred
  • Knowledge of startup fundraising and venture capital industry is a distinct advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken English required
