Job Opportunity: Google Ads SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to maximize donations and achieve monthly fundraising targets.This role requires strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), with hands-on experience in conversion tracking, remarketing, and analytics tools.A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing in the Indian market is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are also essential.The successful candidate will be responsible for campaign planning and execution, keyword research and targeting, campaign performance tracking and analysis, collaboration with the creative and fundraising teams, and staying updated on Google Ads policies and digital marketing trends.A competitive salary and performance-linked incentives are offered, along with flexible work arrangements and the opportunity to contribute to impactful social causes.
  1. Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize donations and achieve monthly fundraising targets.
  2. Keyword Research and Targeting: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for continuous campaign improvement.
  3. Campaign Performance Tracking and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for growth.
  4. Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with the creative and fundraising teams to align ads with campaign goals and donor psychology.
  5. Staying Up-to-Date: Stay updated on Google Ads policies, digital marketing trends, and crowdfunding strategies.
  6. Budget Management: Manage budgets efficiently to avoid overspending and ensure maximum returns.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing or Business: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).
  • Experience in Crowdfunding and Performance Marketing: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing in Indian market.
  • Expertise in Google Ads: Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Analytics Tools Experience: Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and analytics tools.
  • Independent Work Ability: Ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver results under strict timelines.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
