About Our Role
We are seeking a Fundraising Professional to drive corporate fundraising initiatives, focusing on partnerships. The ideal candidate will research prospects, initiate outreach, develop proposals and build relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting & Outreach
• Research and identify potential leads.
• Develop cold calling and email campaigns strategies.
• Qualify leads and arrange introductory meetings.
2. Proposal Development
• Create customised proposals aligned to CSR areas.
• Work closely with the content team to highlight impact stories and data.
3. Donor Engagement
• Arrange and attend meetings with decision-makers.
• Prepare meeting briefs, presentations and follow-up notes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with partners to strengthen relationships.
4. Relationship Management
• Ensure transparent communication and timely delivery of progress reports to funders.
• Support donor recognition and branding deliverables.
5. Events & Immersive Experiences
• Coordinate corporate visits to experience centres and donor engagement events.
• Assist in organising fundraising campaigns and public-facing events.
6. Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain accurate donor databases and report progress to leadership.
• Support compliance documentation for partners.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, partnerships or corporate relations.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to create proposals, presentations and reports.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
