Business Development Manager - Luxury Partnerships
Description:We are seeking a driven and skilled sales professional to join our team and expand our corporate partnerships vertical. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, particularly in the luxury, wellness, beauty, hospitality or lifestyle sectors.
The role involves building business by identifying and onboarding new corporate clients for gifting solutions, collaborating with internal teams to design bespoke collections, and managing client relationships from pitch to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business opportunities through new corporate client acquisition and onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized gifting solutions that meet client expectations.
- Manage client relationships end-to-end, ensuring seamless and delightful experiences.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the corporate and luxury gifting space.
- Track and report lead conversions, sharing timely insights with key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in luxury, wellness, beauty, hospitality or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with focus on relationship-building.
